The multi-purpose Magnet Minsk complex is strategically situated close to the city centre, with direct connections to the city‘s international airport. It is a recreational and business centre with offices, apartments, a shopping mall and a supermarket. The complex is also home of a new 5 Star Hotel accommodating both leisure and business travelers with cutting-edge amenities. The hotel offers conference and meeting rooms for up to 900 visitors. The new complex has a gross area of approximately 150,000 m2 on a site area of 68,000 m2. Magnet Minsk has several car parks for visitors and residents – a GLA of 30,000 m2 is dedicated to car parks.
