The development Park Gate is arranged to form a grand garden space and create a shaded microclimate unlike any other place in Dubai, UAE. The six towers are positioned into pairs linked together by canopy roof structures. Each canopy structure is enveloped into pairs linked together by canopy roof structures. Each canopy structure is enveloped with a surface of glass an photovoltaic cells, which simultaneously collect solar energy and shade the space and buildings beneath. The towers continue the arched geometry of the canopy. The height of the towers varies between 34 and 38 levels above ground. One of the towers has a mixed use with hotel and residential, while the others are office towers. The retail and parking area will be below ground and accessible from all six towers. The size of the Park Gate plot is approximately 100,000 m².
