How to Think out of the Box

How does an engineer work today – and which approaches are particularly helpful? Roland Bechmann explains why it is usually not enough just to work on the predefined question – and how this “out of the box” thinking can best be integrated into the daily work routine. He tells how and why he came to Werner Sobek and how the company culture affects his daily work.
