DIFA Office Building

The 17-storey DIFA office building was constructed at the famous Café Kranzler directly on Kurfürstendamm in Berlin. It presents a mixture of gastronomy, shops, a wellness area, a market that takes place several times a week and adventure courtyards with free-flight aviaries.

Neues Kranzler Eck – Award Winning

Werner Sobek was commissioned with the planning of all special steel and glass structures for the project. The area covers a total of 20,000 m².

The “Neue Kranzler Eck” was awarded a prize in the “Innovations 2000 – Planning, Building, Managing and Financing Real Estate” competition.
