Sparkasse Rosenheim

In the course of a building refurbishment, the Sparkasse Rosenheim-Bad Aibling received a new facade construction, which was added to the twelve-storey existing high-rise building. The old single-skin facade of the third to eleventh floors was supplemented with a double facade.

From Old to New with a Double Facade

As the primary facade, the existing perforated facade was provided with an additional timber facade. The prefabricated parapets of the existing structure and the ceiling edges were demolished for this purpose and fitted with the new facade system. The supporting structure of the high-rise building was statically reinforced and increased by one storey.
