The new Montblanc Haus is being constructed nearby the company headquarters and the production buildings. The new three-story building offers a mixture of brand experience, meeting and exhibition space, boutique and public café and has an elongated rectangular shape. The building is approximately 110 m long and 12 m wide. The height of the building is approximately 15 m above ground level. At the front of the building, a cantilever extends over the entire length of the building, with spans of 3 to 8 m. The facades of the building are clad with relief-like Ceton panels.
