A new mixed-use high-rise on the constructed island of Bahrain Bay, the Salhia Tower is approximately 140 m high and has a diameter of roughly 66 m. Three floors below grade have an extended foot print and occupy the entire site. The above grade floors in the lower third of the tower are full circular post tensioned slabs. In the upper two thirds of the tower the large atriums divide the structure into three office tower segments at the perimeter and a central core. At the roof level these segments are structurally connected. The three distinct office components are reached via bridges extending from the central core.
