Audi IAA 2013

The free-standing Audi building for the IAA 2013 with a total floor space of around 3,400 m² presents itself from the outside as a strictly geometric, white cube. Inside, trees, buildings and even entire city quarters seem to grow downwards from the ceiling. The different quarters reflect characteristics of mobile urban life: for example, the latest technologies and drive concepts, individualisation and sportiness, or Audi’s design philosophy.

Exhibition Stand with a Positive Eco-Balance

Architecture, media displays and light installations create a world of experience that is intended to open up new perspectives on the diversity of tomorrow’s urban mobility for visitors. For the construction of the two-storey, U-shaped steel grid, it was possible to partly reuse elements from previous years’ exhibition stands – an important contribution to the ecological and economic life cycle balance of the exhibition stand.
