ADAC Headquarter

The new headquarters of the Allgemeiner Deutscher Automobilclub e.V. (ADAC) comprises an eighteen-storey tower and a five-storey dynamically shaped base building. It is arranged in a star shape around an inner courtyard. A special feature of the 88 m high tower is the 8.5 m long cantilever on the north-east side. The loads are diverted here by a steel composite construction and returned to the reinforced concrete core.

Star-Shaped with Reinforced Concrete Core and Double Facade

A sophisticated energy concept that combines geothermal energy exchange with integrated thermoactive panels, together with the double facade, ensures natural ventilation and a pleasant indoor climate throughout the building.
