The 600 Fairbanks Tower is a high-rise building with an overall height of 447 ft. It is a residential building with in total 41 floors. The first 12 floors are used as a parking garage, access results by a ramp around the inner core structure. Building dimensions are approximately 130′ by 80′, starting at the 10th floor the building has an extension of additional 9′ to the north, this overhang is availible from 13th floor up to the top. The southeast edge of the building is rounded continuously over the total building height.
