With a total surface area of 24 000 m2 the new Eifman Dance Palace in St. Petersburg will be home to the world-famous Eifman ballet. The building forms a part of the European Embankment district of St. Petersburg. The theatre designed by the architectural consultancy of UNStudio and Grigoriev and Partners provides space for up to as many as 1300 people. A transparent glass facade serves as the main entrance and allows the building to blend in seamlessly with the adjoining public square.
