St. Petersburg’s new football stadium is being built on the Krestovsky peninsular just a few kilometres from the city centre. With a seating capacity of 72,000, the stadium offers numerous special features such as a roll-in/roll-out grass pitch, a retractable roof boasting a surface of 107 x 200 m and a bridge construction with integral track inside the stadium.
