Dubai Crystal will be a mixed development including residential, gastronomy and retail and office spaces of high standard. The whole project will consist of two high rise buildings and 23 multi-storey buildings of variable size mounted on a common podium that contains the parking facilities and technical equipment. All outside spaces will be car free. The project will be completed in 4 phases, the first of which already being under construction. Phase one consists of 6 esidential and 2 office buildings and will offer space to approximately 1,400 residents and 1,400 workplaces. Dubai Crystal shall be an outstanding example of sustainable design and is intended to be LEED Gold certified to emphasize this approach (LEED = Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design). Thanks to an integral design approach Dubai Crystal is to meet the highest standards with regard to ecological, economical and social aspects.
