In the scope of the general restoration of a 4-storey office building with 2 underground stories used for underground parking, Werner Sobek planned massive intrusions into the solid structure. These concerned the production of slab openings of up to 150 m² for the development of atria, the complete pruning of slab edges of the upper stories in order to achieve a new slab contour, as well as the partial deconstruction of stairwells and elevator shafts. New elevator shafts were planned, a new underground 2-storey data center, as well as measures for the implementation of the architectural and building services concept. The existing building services floor on the 4th floor was completely deconstructed and replaced by an additional full-use storey as well as a building services center in steel construction on the 5th floor.
